Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. Our team thoroughly reviews each case to ensure fairness and quality control.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at vitorioparfum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed — this may include an exchange for the same item or a refund, depending on availability.
Please note that items sent back to us without first contacting us for review will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or fragrance items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If an exchange is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective product. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped to you.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If your refund request is approved following our review, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product (if applicable).
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
